WORLD IMPACT PRODUCTIONS

Like any other industry, within the Television and Film industry, there exists a very small but powerful percentage of professionals who are the elite. The very best. The ultimate craftsman at their trade. Those whose work stands head and shoulders above all the rest. And within the Television and Film industry, those elite professionals (see The Production Team) create films and programming that set the standard for all others.

In 2018, many of those elite professionals met to discuss the state of the industry and their desire to do more than just create commercial projects. The fact is, many of us have become jaded by the superficial and frivolous nature of commercial television and film production. And thus WORLD IMPACT PRODUCTIONS was born.

Its concept was simple: we have benefited greatly from this industry, and this is a way to give back. So some of the very best talent in both industries have come together to create powerful films and programming that can have a substantive impact on the world. It is a rare opportunity to combine the artistic side of the business (which is a creative outlet for us) with a philanthropic side of producing content that has significance, meaning and impact in the lives of people,  charities and causes that can truly have a positive impact (which is also incredibly fulfilling for us).

In fact, we really specialize more in understanding the visions, passions and dreams of the individuals, charities and organizations we work with…and bringing THOSE to life… as opposed to creating and offering a script or a film that represents merely OUR visions, passions and dreams. That’s why we created WORLD IMPACT PRODUCTIONS in the first place. To make a difference. And to do it for organizations and charities that deserve the exposure.

THE AGENDA

Since 2018 we have produced a combined total of 20 impact films and/or television documentaries of various types, kinds, and sizes (see The Work”). In each case a board of philanthropists 1) selected the entities/charities/causes that they felt had the power to, and 2) the elite team at WORLD IMPACT PRODUCTIONS provided our services at no cost.

In this way, organizations who are typically unable to afford even a full production of this nature are not only able to do so but are able to do it using the industry’s most elite professionals. For charities and important causes their film/program becomes an otherwise unattainable platform and even, at times, an unprecedented fundraising vehicle that has the potential to raise ongoing donations as the film/program is seen nationally and/or internationally, and continues to do so for years to come.

THIS SITE

This site primarily provides information about the impact TV & films that World Impact Productions creates. However, WIP, through its philanthropic educational platform, also produces entirely different public-interest educational media campaigns (specifically in the form of Public Service Campaigns) designed to help audiences better understand important issues, innovations, organizations, technologies, solutions, and topics affecting health, safety, science, medicine, sustainability, families, communities, quality of life, business responsibility, and public awareness.

The talent you will see represented on these pages are truly among the film and television industry’s finest. And while the combination varies, the Production Teams providing their talents and services for each project are all exceptional.

Because this a philanthropic consortium, we have the flexibility to analyze each project and then determine who among the consortium is best suited for a particular film or television program, and then (pending availability) those particular production members join for each individual project based on the specific requirements, goals, attributes, and objectives of that individual project. In this way, WORLD IMPACT PRODUCTIONS is not only NOT limited nor constrained in any way by a team that may be ideal for one project, but not for another, but has an exceptionally wide range of talent that it has access to for every film, program or video production we engage in. But to give you a sense of that range, the Production Team and The Work presented on these are presented, and represent just a portion of talent and resources potentially available for any given project. Our role in the process is as Executive Producer, Production Company and Subordinate Agent.
